Fucked up sleeping pattern.

I don't know what the hell happened to my sleeping cycle, it's all fucked up. For the past two days I've fallen asleep at like 6-9PM. It's bizarre. I've aleady tried the stay up till tomorrow trick and it's still not right. The really bad part is that 6PM is when I usually WAKE UP to go to work. Not good. At least I'me on vacation for another few days so maybe I can fix it.

Also, I want to kill my fucking computer. For some reason it occasionally freezes my browser after I type any character that requires the shift key. What the hell kind of problem is that? How the fuck does it even happen? Is it a keyboard problem or an OS problem? I am so confuse.

  1. Same problem here man, my sleep pattern is all fcked up.. Fell asleep at 4 am had to get up at 6:30am..

  3. I have the worst sleeping pattern aswell, woke up at 7 am today, went to bed at 3 am... not good

  4. Sometimes if you are in front of a screen (tv, computer etc) a lot it can throw off your sleep patterns.

  6. lol, over the summers my sleeping patterns usually screw up to, wake up at 5pm, when im used to wakin up at 6am

  9. try taking tons of caffeine like 6 hours before you have to sleep. then you'll crash hard at the perfect time!

  12. Same here, I used to not sleep one night to get back on the horse the next day, but it doesnt' help that much :-/
